With a total tray area of 5 m², it can accommodate 40–60 kg of fresh-cut fruits or vegetables depending on product type and moisture content. A built-in adjustable tilt system (30°–40°) ensures optimal sun exposure across seasons and latitudes. The unit can also rotate manually to track the sun throughout the day—maximizing energy efficiency.
